Beginning Tai Chi at the Chicago Botanic Garden

Learn the ancient art of Tai Chi in a beautiful setting, the Chicago Botanic Garden. The summer session of Beginning Tai Chi starts on May 25 and runs through August 3. Tai Chi benefits both mind and body by improving balance and overall health. The peaceful movements encourage a positive attitude toward life in general.

Classes are held in Burnstein Hall from 8am to 9am on Wednesdays. When weather permits, students will practice outdoors in one of the beautiful areas of the Chicago Botanic Garden.
