Garden Chef Series for July 2 & 3: Terzo Piano and Pierrot Gourmet

The Chicago Botanic Garden Garden Chef Series features noted chefs preparing recipes with garden-fresh ingredients in the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden’s open-air amphitheater. Demonstrations are Saturdays and Sundays at 1:30pm and 2:30pm. The featured chefs for this weekend are:
  • July 2: Meg Colleran Sahs, from Terzo Piano at the Art Institute of Chicago
  • July 3: Anthony Schmidt, from Pierrot Gourmet at The Peninsula Chicago
